ShredScience Nutrition Programs
Every ShredScience nutrition program is different. There are no cookie-cutter templates or computer-generated calorie calculators. Each program is built for you, from the ground up, and is focused on your specific, measurable goals. Whether you want to lose fat, gain lean muscle, or improve in your sport (strength, speed, endurance--we do it all), your coach will tailor your nutrition program to your goals. Over time, as your goals evolve or your body adapts, your program is adjusted.
Manipulating the quantity of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) consumed every day is the backbone of your ShredScience nutrition program. If you consistently eat the quantity and proportion of macronutrients prescribed, you will see improved energy levels, perform as well as you possibly can, and feel amazing in your own skin.
Don't worry if you haven't counted macros before---you will get the hang it really quickly. We will work to get your macros in without restricting the types of food you can have. Yep, you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your macros. This will help you to develop (or maintain) a positive relationship with food.
