What does it take to transform your body?

If you are reading this, you are already prioritizing your health and fitness, and are dedicated to making a lasting, healthy change. You understand that changing your body is not easy and you are not afraid to work for change.

The main difference between someone who will succeed in changing their body and someone who will struggle is having a growth mindset. You will succeed if you have an open mind, you are ready to learn, and you are dedicated to make a change. You realize that what you have been doing up to this point is not working for you, and you are ready to try something new and different.

We have found that our most successful clients are kind to themselves. They realize that they are already enough, even without six-pack abs. They understand that they might fail, but they try anyway. They are open and honest about what is working and what is not working, so their coach can help them work through limitations. When their coach understands what they are struggling with, they can help them be consistent with their macros, which is the ultimate key to success.

Not sure you have what it takes? Respect yourself enough and be brave enough to give yourself the gift of trying, even if it scares you.

I am a ______________ (cyclist, endurance runner, Crossfitter, powerlifter, jiu jitsu extraordinare, etc.), is this for me?

No matter what your athletic goals are, counting macros will improve your performance. Remember, each program is unique and personalized for you, based on your energy expenditure and your goals. A macronutrient program for a competitive cyclist will look different from a program created for a powerlifter.

The crucial calculation that goes into creating each program is ensuring that your nutrition provides good training energy while simultaneously working toward your body composition goals--whether that is to lose fat or gain lean mass.

For athletes that are training for weight-classed events, your coach will work with you to cut to your goal weight and ensure you are ready on the day you weigh-in.

Can I still eat _____________ (paleo, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) on this program?

Absolutely! Your program will prescribe a certain quantity of protein, carbohydrate, and fat to consume each day. How you fill those macros is completely up to you.

There are no banned foods, and no list of "good" food and "bad" food. Eat whatever foods you want, as long as they fit in your macros. Paleo? Eat all of your favorite paleo foods to fulfill your macros. Vegan? You can hit all of your macros without eating animal products.
